A burglar has been jailed after stealing an entire kitchen,
including the sink, from an unoccupied house and installing
it in his own home.

Patrick Orkney used power tools to strip $30,000 worth of
property from the house over a number of days, including the
fitted kitchen, freezer and fridge, a dresser and carpets.

The kitchen was later found fitted at Orkney's home in Gnaw
Bone, Kentucky where a total of 84 items stolen from the
house were discovered, said a sheriff's deputy.

Woozy Rentals spokesperson Laura Stamen said, When I
took a client to the house for a possible lease, we were
shocked to see must of the kitchen missing."

A Romania elderly woman has lodged a complaint against
a TV station claiming their horoscopes are unreliable.

The woman says the horoscope repeatedly predicted she
would receive a big sum of money but it never arrived
although she waited for three months.

Television officials said they will analyze the complaint.
 
Police in Germany have arrested three Santas who stole
a Christmas tree.

Officers noticed the three men dressed as Santa Claus
dragging the tree through in a parking lot. Following a
closer inspection and some questions, the Santas con-
fessed to taking the tree from the local nightclub.

Police escorted the three Santas back to the club to
make sure they returned the stolen goods then promptly
arrested them.

construction sites in Georgia and several firms have
complained.

"Would you want to be 'during your business' and
the room is over turned on you?" asked one irritated
foreman?

It costs the companies to clean up the mess and their
stinky employees are outraged.

Police officers plan to step up patrols in areas where
the vandalism has occurred. :twisted:
 
A Belgian company is producing ice cream specifically for
dogs.

The unnamed company is confident their Dog Ice - which
will be in the shape of a big bone - will be a huge success.

"We'll start with vanilla flavor but I think in the future it
might also be possible to develop a special meat flavor",
a company rep declared.

The ice cream will cost about $2.75
 
About 30 Germans wearing nothing more than red Santa
Claus caps leapt into a Berlin lake for their annual Christmas
Day swim on Saturday, a dip in the ice-cold water they
believe is good for their health.

The naked men and women, between the ages of 25 and 73,
spent up to about five minutes in the water where temperatures
were 34 F.

The tradition dates back to at least 1980. The swimmers,
outnumbered by media photographers drawn to the annual
event, built up their courage for the dip by singing Christmas
carols and sipping mulled wine.
 
A company in Chile has launched a line of coffins made exclusively
for dogs and cats. The coffins come in different sizes and shapes
to accommodate all sizes of animals.

Pet's Funeral also offers a complete funeral service that includes
flowers and candles.

Yank Ramos, owner of company exclaimed, "People love their
pets so much they want to show they care, besides, all pets go to
heaven"

A college in Britain is offering the chance to study how to fit
a bra.

Shops asked for the course because they are worried many
shoppers do not know how to buy the right bra and often
staff do not know how to help them.

Michelle Weslaco, dean of admissions said, "We want our
students to have a more rounded knowledge of subjects."
 
An Austrilian man wearing a mini-skirt was rescued
by police on Sunday after he became wedged head-first
in a clothing donation bin.

Police said a startled member of the public had alerted
them after seeing what they first thought was a woman
trapped in the charity clothing bin late on Christmas Day.

Two patrol officers were unable to dislodge the man
and a rescue squad was called. The unidentified 35-year
old man was eventually freed early on Sunday and told
police he was donating clothes when he became stuck.

"I guess that's his own prerogative why he was wearing
a skirt, it's not really an offense" a police spokeswoman
said.
 
A Chilean man has won a competition after he kissed a
car for 54 hours non-stop.

The 22-year-old won the car he kissed. He was handed
the keys to the brand new vehicle after his last competitor
fainted. The 'big smoocher' kissed the car for exactly 54
hours and 22 minutes. :shock:

He was only allowed 7 minutes off every three hours.

The competition was promoted by a radio station.
 
The British Navy has paid for a boob job
for a male.

The man in his 20s had a breast reduction
op to remove saggy "man's boobs" after
losing a lot of weight.

The Navy insisted the operation was carried
out in a military hospital for " a serious
clinical reason".
 
A man who bought a false passport to flee Russia
got more than he bargained for after finding the
paperwork belonged to a wanted murderer.

The 36-year-old man was arrested on suspicion
of murder as he tried to cross the border into
Latvia.

Reports say he bought the stolen passport on the
black market and put his own photo in, not knowing
the passport originally belonged to a murder suspect.

He has been charged with presenting a false identity
to state officials.
