Nidal Hasan to death for the 2009 shooting rampage at Fort Hood, delivering the only punishment the Army believed fit for an attack on fellow unarmed soldiers. I'm in total agreement, the death penalty is both justified and there's no chance of an innocent man being put to death.
Now, he should be executed almost immediately without any notice to the public or anyone else. |

I don't have a problem with it either although it isn't hard to find discrepancies in the sentencing.
