Local news is saying 12 plus the gunman.

My thoughts goes to all of those who have lost their loved ones in this terrible tragedy.

Bureaucracy and passing of the buck. He obviously had behaviors that were triggers for some type of red flags to go up...but, those that dealt with him simply moved him along so they wouldn't be their problem any longer. It is an epidemic within the military right now...
