Canada's top general said the longer the country debates whether to extend its military mission in Afghanistan, the more likely the Taliban will attack Canadian soldiers. Chief of Defense Staff Gen. Rick Hillier warned that the Taliban is watching the debate in Canada for signs of vulnerability and may strike.
