BAGHDAD, Aug 18, 2006 (AFP) - Gunmen shot dead seven Shiite pilgrims as they
passed through a Sunni neighourhood of Baghdad on Friday as Iraq braced for
a tense weekend of religious ceremony, an interior ministry official said.
