Just today some veterans of the Vietnam War came in and talked to some of the classes at my high school. One student (not me), after one of the men explained that he had been a Seabee, asked what the difference was between the jobs that he had done and what the Army Corps of Engineers did.

The former Captain responded, "Quality."
