This says it all

It reminded me of a British comedy spoof about a previous US election parading the Republican underhand tactics that went something like... "George Bush is from good old Anglo Saxon stock.......Dukakis well he's Greek! " ...

but then I realised, no this is for real! Dooooh! So yes it really does say it all.

hehehe great song.
I think that underscores the biggest concern. There is no doubt about McCain's loyalty and patriotism. Barack Obama is another story.

PURE PROPAGANDA.

Just about everything he sung about was either a distortion, a clever bit of revisionism or just a outrageous lie. Repeating statements that have been proven false (like Obama is a Muslim), placing blame on Democrats of GOP screwups (like the Economic mess which was the doing of Phil Gramm, McCain economic advisor) is simply pathetic...

I suppose the singer has amnesia of which goodoleboy has been president for the past 8 years. I always like the incitement to violence hate speech (suggesting Obama is a terrorism supporter), and the racist overtones, it all sounds so very redneck to me.

If this is the best the GOP can do then it just reinforces why I (and most voters looking at the polls) are supporting OBAMA.

The GOP still doesn't get it (which is why they are losing). People are sick of this type of this nasty s***. We (the citizens) want solutions, not more bickering and insulting people who have a different idea than you.

Let me break it even more simply: If you don't have positive to add to solve our problems then get out the hell out of the way for those that do!!! Which is why McSame and his pet hockeymom should resign immediately. All they have talked about in the past month is how 'BAD" Obama is. What happens if they win? Then what? 4 more years of McBush??? I'd rather go with the so-called "terrorist" appeaser.

I'm Moderate, but when I hear crap like this it makes me want the Dems to win in a crushing landslide, obtain cloture, and nominate Marxists to the Supreme Court. If Only to piss people like this off.

Well I guess I will ask, what exactly does it say to you?

I tend to lean towards Mmarsh's assessment given that almost everything in the video has been disproven or at least rated as misleading by the majority of third party analysts (Snopes, Factcheck to name two).

So outside the old maxim of "If you tell a lie often enough someone will believe it" what does it say.

I have always liked McCain and had this been 2000, 2004 or had he picked a semi-decent VP choice I would have been pushing his cause but due to the style of campaign he has run and the dubious tactics of his supporters (including a couple on this board) there is a part of me that would like to see him lose in a landslide.

I just hope Obama doesn't turn out to be like the human rights lawyer presidents that both Taiwan and South Korea had. They were disasters who didn't even know who's side they were on. Obama has a very similar feel to him. I just hope it is not the case. I guess the only way to find out is if he gets elected.

It says that the people who put it together, think that voters are for the most part, idiots who will believe anything they are told. The really sad thing about it is that in many cases, they are right. It is a last ditch appeal to the type of people who shouldn't have the right to procreate let alone vote.

It comes under the old adage. "Time's rarely wasted, massaging the egos of the ignorant and the arrogant".

You know eventually people just get sick and tired of being told to be afraid, people actually do want to believe there is a light at the end of the tunnel and it isn't an oncoming train.

Obama's campaign probably isn't "realistic" but I am prepared to bet that a guy telling you to vote for him and together you can have a better tomorrow is more popular that a guy shouting at you to fight for something you already have and that the other guy is a baby eating muslim socialist terrorist with marxist tendencies.

That's true, if his song had any factual basis it mind be considered a clever bit of campaigning for McCain.

But because all he is doing is repeating proven lies and distortions over and over again then it means that he considers McCain supporters the dumbest people on the planet, because they will blindly believe whatever they are told and not have the aptitude to use their own brain and come to their own conclusions.
