Russian Weapons.

I wonder if the Russian Anti Air Weapons like the Tor M-1 could match up to the Western one's or even better.?

And is the SU-37 better then the F-18 Super Hornet.?

I don't know about the Tor, but I personally believe the Su-37 to be superior to any American aircraft within dogfighting range.

We're all free to have theories about which weapon system is wonderful and which one is crap. Wondering and having personal opinions are fine, it's when someone claims to have hard evidence and fails to post a source for the information that we have heartburn with them.
