Yup. I don't disagree that they make some pretty good designs. Don't think they're as good as advertised... for example, there is simply no way Russia right now can pump out a fighter jet that is on par with the F-22. That's simply fantasy.
But still their latest Sukhois, when outfitted with modern avionics are superb airplanes. Just that anything after the Su-27, the Russians don't have a lot of them... mainly prototypes and technology experimenters.

If Russian production could keep up with their R&D, then they'd be very scary-powerful.

just wait soon Russia will overtake Saudia Arabia in oil production and with todays oil prices you can make a lot of money.
