Dusty,
I live in a small community. Alot of conscious people live here; all colors, religions, etc.. We get along just fine.
The worst part of IT is, as in ANY community, is drink and drugs. Those problems lead to violence, crime. Doesn't matter where you live. I will always have this place, as a home; safe haven. No one bothers us. This is a place to love, live, cook, create and most of all laugh.
No, I don't wear rose colored glasses. The're plain old bifocals.
