ROTC enistment?

What are the "character" qualifications for joining the AROTC? I have been arrested before but no felonies. Are the qualifications the same as joining the army? Is there an amount of misdermeanors? thanks for any help, before hand.

Are you looking for the scholarship or just the ROTC program in college?

If I remember correctly, you might need a waiver for being arrected.
