Rich and poor countries alike face water crisis

In a survey of the situation across the industrialised world, it said many cities were already losing the battle to maintain water supplies as governments talked about conservation but failed to implement their pledges.

Well we are mid-water crisis here.
The dams are getting low. Water in Western Australia is at 28% capacity... and even here in Adelaide it is at 51% capacity (we aren't officially in a drought yet).

It's concerning, but there isn't much that'll change the situation short term here, other than sudden down pours.
