MADISON, Wis.--A federal judge has ordered a Philippines-based company to pay back $100 million it obtained by defrauding the U.S. military's health insurance program. U.S. District Judge Barbara Crabb ordered Health Visions Corp. to sell off all its assets within 10 months to begin paying back taxpayers. Assistant U.S. Attorney Peter Jarosz says the order is "basically a death sentence for the company." Federal prosecutors say the company bilked the military's Tricare program out of $100 million from 1998 to 2004. They say the company inflated every claim by more than 230 percent and billed for services never delivered.
