alright, when Clinton takes over, U.S economy was in its worst for in many years. Yet Clinton turned it into 8 years of growth.

so Bush takes over a so-so economy, yet he has not done an impressive job as Clinton has.

I think Bush chose the wrong time to be President.

After long years of prosperity, the US economy was heading a down turn. It is quiet normal in a matured economy, ups and downs. I believe, Gore would have fare the same if he were elected, same mess, same pain.

The economy is a moving item. It grows, shrinks, and goes up and down. And the economy was heading towards a down turn during the later parts of the Clinton Reign. The Internet was a mjor part of it. All of these internet business opened up and everyone invested in them. But when they shut their doors and went out of business. People lost money. So in the end, Bush did inherit a crappy economy. Gore would of done the same.

But on the level of National Secuirty. Clinton screwed the pooch on that one my friends. He was offered Bin Laden's head many times. Nothing happened. Did he go after Al Qaeda. No! He did nothing. Except send troops to a UN operation. Yugoslavia was a greater threat to him than Al Qaeda was. Why? Because the UN didn't want to anger the muslim communities of the world. Yugoslavia was a war of Islam.

During Clinton, we saw the federal Government reach Nazi like power. The Branch Davidian Massacre in Waco texas. Janet Reno, Clinton's SS Minister, went too far there and also in Miami Florida during the Elian Gonzalez episode too. The Second Amendment was almost destoryed along with the First Amendment by Al Gore. The Left's Liberalism in America is just like Communism and Fascism. It will destory my way of life.

Its simply unbelievable at the level some rightwingers will go to vilefy Clinton.

Everytime Bush does something bad they always point out that Clinton did something much worse, like having sex.

Personally, I think Clinton did alot of good, he missed a few times such as in Rwanda, Healthcare, and he underestimated al Qaeda threat, but by and large he was one of our better presidents. If somebody would like to debate me on who is the better president (W or Clinton) please PM me and I'll start a new thread.

Now we have people blaming Clinton for 9-11. Thats like me (who detests W) blaming Bush for Hurricane Katrina.

Btw, Clinton was president for 8 yrs and al-qaeda grew under his nasty watch while he was busy with Lewinski in Oval office.

And Al-qaeda attacked when Bush was in Oval office for less than 9 months and he didnt have enough time to get rid of all those clintonites people.

Like I said, he dropped the ball. I can admit the left makes mistakes the problem is many people on the right cannot accept the slightest mistake even when its staring at you like a wart on the tip of your nose.
