The AFPT push up score sheet can be viewed here: http://www.hooah4health.com/4You/APF...oring_0299.pdf The minimum for females seems to be 13 push-ups for a score of 50 and 19 for a score of 60 by the time she graduates basic training. I don't know if there is a minumum just to enlist. I hope that helps. |

Aussie, is that like 50 pushups and 75 sit ups for Kapooka? I can't see it being in the pre-fitness assessment.
All armies should have pre fitness assessment of around half of what is needed during graduation. You can't take the number any higher or the influx of recruits will be smaller. |
