recommended books

I was looking for books that fit the following description:
"... good books on combat leadership and tactical decision making by leaders during past conflicts..."

Anybody any suggestions?

I haven't read that one, however, there is a book that came out in the 80's called Chickenhawk. Its about a helicopter pilot in Vietnam. It was, I thought, a great story. This book is still available.
