AN AIR NATIONAL GUARD CAPTAIN was being interviewed by a group of high-ranking officers for a full-time position at an Air Guard base. He successfully answered all technical questions. However, the board also wanted to know about his off-duty interests, to see whether he would fit in with the rest of the officer corps. To this end, one colonel asked, "And do you golf?"

The captain cinched the job with his answer: "No, sir, but I caddie!"
