I was court martial'd in Sept of 2004, spent 6 months in the Brig and was sent home in March of 2005. I was reduced in rank to PVT and given a Bad Conduct Discharge at my court martial. I have yet to receive a DD 214 or to hear anything on the disposition of my case or appeals. Anyone have any Ideas on what I can do or whom I can contact? They told me the process could take up to 5 years from the date of court martial, but that time has come and gone with no word.
