The station was a relay station from GCHQ to Changi and vice versa.

I collected equipment from stores to Changi for repair and then collected the equipment, I was not involved in the transmitter hall.

As far as I am aware the station picked up signals from GCHQ, then boosted the signals to ComCem Changi
