The second in command of Al Qaeda, Ayman al-Zawahri, accused Iran of collaborating with the United States in Afghanistan and Iraq in a video broadcast on Monday on [FONT=Times New Roman, Times]the[/FONT] Al Jazeera cable channel. Al Jazeera, which broadcast excerpts from the videotape, said it was more than 90 minutes long and was titled “Seven Years of Crusades.” Its release was intended to mark the seventh anniversary of the Sept. 11 attacks on the United States, according to the station.
