A United Technologies Pratt & Whitney engine intended for the most complex version of the Joint Strike Fighter, the Pentagon's top weapons program, suffered its second test failure in six months, according to the military's program manager. The failure will delay the first test flight by at least 30 days, Air Force Maj. Gen. Charles Davis said.
