Wow. Every day I read new things like this and think, "tomorrow it'll be better, they'll develop a tinsy bit of common sense." And every day I am wrong.

Headline is misleading.... I thought they arrested him by means of a sword, i.e. using the sword as a weapon against him.

Headline should have read "Juror with sword arrested."
