Possible service ribbons for German reservist

Hi there, I'm a German reservist (almost civilian since I haven't been active for some time) and I will be in Los Angeles for about three months for work. In Germany we have things like

the Sports Badge (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/German_Sports_Badge)
or the German Rescue Swimming Badge (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/German_rescue_swimming_badge)

Are there any of those in the USA that someone like me could get?
