Porn Fans Forced To Do Sit-ups

Indian police forced around 200 people caught watching
pornography to do sit-ups in public to shame them and keep them
away from theatres that illegally screen adult films.

The Hindustan Times reported yesterday that police stopped the
screening of a pornographic movie at a cinema in the Balasore
district in the eastern state of Orissa and made audience
members, some as young as 17, do 10 sit-ups each at a public
square, watched by onlookers.

The police made the all-male group vow not to watch pornography
again.

To make matters worse for the teenagers who were caught, police
called their parents to watch them doing sit-ups. Surprised

Police officer Sanjeev Panda said authorities carried out the
public shaming after failed attempts to persuade cinemas in the
district not to show pornography

"So we decided to crack down on the audience," Mr Panda was
quoted as saying.

The newspaper also reported that police in Orissa planned to
integrate such public punishments into their general campaign
against pornography.

Exhibiting pornography is illegal in India, but it is screened
in many cinemas.

Well, ya know, aside from the fact that it's illegal and stuff.. I guess I could say sure... but I don't so tought :p

Are you one of those people who have to party to have fun :?: I know some people respond in shock then I tell them I do not drink nor party. Their reaction is always "Then what do you do for fun.?

As for the story....all too funny. 90% of my company would be doing sit ups if that were the punnishment :?

Yeah, same. Or if I party, no alcohol is involved... i swear... altho it doesn't seem like it.
 
Just one too many pep pills right, crazy? My fun consists of risking injury or pain. Not head banging to some music. Anyway about that aritcle. It is so funny. :lol:
 
nah, crazy as it sounds, i love going to clubs (especially if there is a band or smth) mainly for the music. when i go out i dont drink as a)bit sad if you have to drink to have a good time with your friends b)i have to find my way home somehow, and i do not facy my chances rocking up at home :cen: off my face. not cool. nope, coke with a slice of lemon for me LOL love the lemon

oh and fun isn't necessarily being taken home by a HB9, its dancing,moshing making a fool of yourself, enjoying yourself, talking to people, making new friends. too many guys go out with the expectations that a) they pick up and b)if the girl is interested, she will come to him. nah ah. if people see you know how to have fun then yo uare a better target

Yeah... I can't head bang either, but i said nothing about it not involving physical injury and broken couches (i swear i didn't mean to, and the look my friends mom gave me when I said, um... alan and I broke your couch - I told him to be easy, but he wouldn't listen... and now my butt hurts really bad..., was PRICELESS... and mine was even better when I figured out what I was saying...). I can't head bang b/c my hair is too thick and long.. and it hurts my head to much.
 
It makes you laugh, they allow the films to be shown and then set about any one that goes to see them, I notice they did not say if any females were found in the Cinema
