I was looking at my PM icons now and noticed that on the key in the lower left of the inbox the icon for unopened mail is an opened envelope and the icon for opened mail is an unopened envelope.

i think it should be the other way around. maybe.
 
I noticed that awhile back myself but forgot to say anything... I always kinda figured that the hot threads should have the icon of a grenade with the pin pulled.

That's also a good suggestion.. I'll see what I can do about that as well..
