Phsych Treatment?

I was wondering if the military gives you phsychological treatment?

Like, say you were patrolling a town when suddenly a car bomb exploded and killed everyone but you. You would be pretty freaked out, wouldnt you? Would the military give you physchological treatment/councelling, stuff like that so you can deal with it better?

Same stuff if you had to shoot somebody, or do anything that would be pretty "Nasty"
 
Um yea. They are not too friendly at any type of combat schooling. Getting harrassed 24 hours a day 7 days a week for months on end is your "pshych training". Lack of sleep with constant mental and physical punishment is a powerful tool.
 
It seemed too stupid of a question to ask if you get therapy for PTSD after all the talk on this forum as of late. (Ft. Hood) I figured he was asking if they prep you mentally for combat.
