I so bet it was a foreigner who lost the cash...but you have 17,000 dollars why not give him a HUNDRED dang stingy enough?

but just so you guys know the currency rate there is SO low for american dollars

$1 usually=about 50 pesos (higher or lower depending on the day)

so that's still 16,000 pesos, which goes REALLY far over there
