Simple honest answer, NO. He is Chinese and it is a matter of losing face. I will bet my monthly salary packet he will be back. Watch the threads about China its like a moth to the flame. Criminologists will tell you that everyone has a "signature" their methods might alter but the signature is always the same. The mods here have a damn good handle on the concept in my opinion.
