By Prak Chan Thul PHNOM PENH (Reuters) - The Cambodian People's Party (CPP) of long-serving Prime Minister Hun Sen won Sunday's election, taking 68 seats to the main opposition party's 55, the government spokesman said, announcing a much-reduced majority for the ruling party. Khieu Kanharith, who is also information minister, gave the figures on his Facebook page and said it was the final count.
