I am formally and respectfully requesting that you please stop referring to our President as Osama. That is not his name. No one here has called you outside of yours, so I think everyone would appreciate it if you stopped calling him out of his. Technically, it's Mr. Obama to you. Or sir, if you'd like to uphold your military etiquette.
I will address her video as I see it. Point 1 "We need a Commander-in-Chief, not a professor of law standing at the lectern." What military experience does SHE have? Point 2 "He has made some misguided decisions that he just expects us to sit down, shut up, and accept." (I'm correcting her grammar here.) Kinda like what the GOP did to us for the last EIGHT YEARS. By the way, what was that word she used at about 5:06? Laxidasical? I've never heard of it.... Point 3 Debt and deficit... Coming from the queen of pork barrel spending. HAH! That's rich! Point 4 Unemployment and differences on economy... First she gave Obama little to no credit for a decrease in unemployment "I'm happy to hear about that MINISCULE decrease," then she says "we need to create jobs one at a time..." That doesn't seem like it's gonna produce quick and massive results for unemployment... Bailouts... The nation would be in a far worse economic state if the government DIDN'T use those bailouts. I anxiously away your ON TOPIC rebuttals. No one here has said he is our "new Jesus Christ" so that argument is completely invalid. BTW, read the forum rules... There's no double posting. You do realize that ONE black radio host is NOT the opinion of the entire African-American population, right? |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Also I found more interesting bits in the article, e.g. that she charged $ 100.000 for her speech (I passed the link through the translator to English already, for your convinience): http://translate.google.com/translat...s&tl=en&swap=1 Enjoy, Rattler |

Palin is still popular with the GOP, but you didnt mention how about popular the GOP is with Americans these days. Last poll I saw showed that only 23% of Americans considered themselves Republicans. Do the math, 70% of 23. Thats about 16.1%, so actually only 16.1% of Americans support Palin. Ever see a candidate win an election with 16.1% popularity? You got yourself a real winner candidate there chief, good luck with that. But by all means nominate her. I cant wait to se Obama blow her out of the water in the debates. As Conservative Political Writer Kathleen Parker wrote in the National Review: "If BS were currency she (Palin) could bail out Wall Street all on her own". As was stated earlier, you have so far dodged every question about Palin by shifting the subject to Obama. What exactly are you proposing in 2012, lets hear YOUR idea on something WITHOUT you mentioning Obama. Rattler I think you mean this http://blog.seattlepi.com/seattlepol...ves/193773.asp Pathetic. |
