Pakistan coalition claims poll win

ISLAMABAD (Reuters) - Government parties in Pakistan
claimed victory on Saturday in the second round of local
elections, but the opposition Islamist alliance denounced the
poll saying a fair vote was impossible under President Pervez
Musharraf.
