Hi all. I just came across this site and had to join up. My name is Bryan, Im shipping off for Paris Island in seven months, I can't wait. I feel I was born for the Corps. It's in my blood, my father, great grandfather(mothers side.) My Mom's dad was an Army Capt. My Father is a retired SSrgt in the US Marine Corps. I learned how to shoot an M-16 when I was 8, and I was hooked. well, I'll stop jar jackin.

Howdy brother! I'm going to the Island in August. I will be the first Marine for as far back as my family can be traced. That is, unless my cousin goes ahead and joins. That will make me only the first on the East Coast.
