Obama's Cuba opening hits early obstacles, faces struggle with Congress

Questions surrounding Havana's human rights record and the promised release of Cuban detainees have the potential to inflame anti-Havana passions on Capitol Hill, where the House and Senate are expected to hold hearings soon after they resume on Tuesday. ...

Biased much?

Egypt imprisons journalists for reporting and gets millions in aid, Ukraine kills thousands of its own people and gets aid, Israel kills 2000+ people including 500 children and not only gets aid but rushed deliveries of weapons and ammunition to ensure that it wont run out, Cuba arrests 50 people and then releases them and that is cause for concern at congress?

I am not sure I understand the priority list.
