Biased much?

Egypt imprisons journalists for reporting and gets millions in aid, Ukraine kills thousands of its own people and gets aid, Israel kills 2000+ people including 500 children and not only gets aid but rushed deliveries of weapons and ammunition to ensure that it wont run out, Cuba arrests 50 people and then releases them and that is cause for concern at congress?

I am not sure I understand the priority list.
