Obama vs. Romney

Lets see...Obama's Sec of the Treasury IS a tax cheat, not to mention heading the NY Fed. Reserve Bank (Ground Zero during the Bank Meltdown), His Sec of Energy says he wants $8 a gallon gas, His 1st choice for Health & Human Services Sec. stated in a book that the Country can't afford the high price of medicine that keeps Seniors living well.
There probably isn't enough diffrence between the avg Democrat & the Establishment Republicans, just a matter of how fast the Govt bloats. Obama is way Left even in his Party, well maybe his Party has careened that far Left, judging by how they treated Lieberman. There is vast distance between Obama & the TEA Party. Bring on the TEA Party! They don't want business as usual, nor communist revolution like the OWS nuts, but then OWS is outside the White House instead of inside. Obama grew up surrounded by Marxist, anti-West, anti-colonial relatives, Kenyans, Indonesians & Mom. He may be the personification of the Manchurian Candidate.
Then we have Debbie Wasserman Schultz lying her but off & saying on TV the facts don't matter, the message is too important even if it's a pack of lies. they are determined to tar Romney regardless of what his actual position is.

Good we found one cluprit.

stated in a book that the Country can't afford the high price of medicine that keeps Seniors living well.

Have you backed away from this to look at the big picture at all?

Same situation with engergy, education, even food, even AIR.

A price is mandated on things people NEED, even basic necessities needed for survival. One of the most profitable ways to procure a large amount of revenue is to jack up the prices on such things.

This happens, and those who do this know exactly what they are doing. That's how we have seniors who have to choose between groceries of medicine.

Want further proof? Then look no further thank our education system. We groom and promise childeren from day one that college is the ultimate path to greatness.

Until they are over a 50 grand in debt with compounding interest that they can't escape, nor file bankruptcy on.

It's welcome to America, not welcome to Mr. Such and such's policies.

There probably isn't enough diffrence between the avg Democrat & the Establishment Republicans, just a matter of how fast the Govt bloats.

I am honeslty thinking that one of the next bubbles in this nation to burst will be the Government bubble. By this I don't mean a collaspe, but a finacial meltdown spurred by uncontrollable debt.

People, we have to admit it's not just one person or administation that has put us our current situation.

A diaster by unofficial definition is something that happens from a vareity of small instances over a period of time compounding into a devastating event.

We face a problem that I don't even think many American's can identify with out of control spending.

You can put your best neo conservative in office today and make cut all across the board.

But we face a serious misunderstanding that how we live our lives, and what we were expected to want in life won't be the same at the end of this century.

We can't afford our social welfare programs, Congress has removed way to much funding for social security. Both Parties have laundered untold amounts to private entities, such as the FED. Continued mismanagement over Administrations spanning decades. Allong with the common American beliefs on how economic's work has led our consurmists culture to the track we are on now.

It's more or less a societal minconception at this point, something has only one instrument that can change anything. A cataclysmic event that exposes our disfunctioning social and economic notions and idea's.

Maybe then will people wake up and realize what must be done to make a better America for our Childeren to do more than just survive in.

Oh and here's another bone nobody likes to gnaw on, other rising powers in the world are making their own Middle Classes.

Do the math and look at what we consume, and why we can, monetary power along with cheap energy has built this country. And the same two things will tear us down. There is only so much of it in the world, and once upon a time we were the only largeconsumers, that won't be the same for long and the only way we will still get these luxuries is paying a very high premium.

Bring on the TEA Party! They don't want business as usual, nor communist revolution like the OWS nuts, but then OWS is outside the White House instead of inside.

I see these guys as being incredibly vulnerable to the same things that run freely in organized politics in Washington already.

Also hearing this over and over brings a almost sense of admiration for Mr. Putin's brutal but effective methods. Methods of undermining the fact that the U.S. can't get over the Cold War, and that the U.S. still looks for a type of enemy that no longer exist's. Look for woes that are no longer valid and people can't just seem to modernize their thought processes even on foreign affairs to look for what is going to overtake us in world influence in the future.

We have to train our eyes on the whole field, even Mr. Putin know's we won't do this. So long as we look for out "Commie insurgents" here at home the rest of the world which has for the most part already abandoned that idealogy in it's purest form will begin to look for ways to replace us.

And Putin's administration is only one example of world leader's observations of America's future place in the 21st century.

I tend to agree with a lot of this. College education: Traditionaly only the rich went to college & they ruled the political & business world. There wasn't a need for a huge number of college grads. Saw where even a few years ago we don't need more than about 30% of the population to be college educated. Of course 100% of the parents want their kid to be in the 30% so they have a shot @ the top. In 1900 when you graduated from High School you graduated from 9th grade. Today its 12th grade, theoretically only one year short of a college edu. back in the day except for the dumbing down of education in the modern world, plus the huge number of college grads are turning college into grades 13-16. A huge waste of money & recourses on a national level.
The TEA Party is probably our best chance, but are vulnerable of being infiltrated by business as usual politicians. While the world in general is moving away from socialism & communism the left here is arogant enough to think they can pull it off & do it "right", & not make the mistakes & some how overcome human behavior to have a system that works even though it won't work in the real world. Obama recently said we have to end these vicious Cycles. That's the Business Cycle he's talking about & they can't be ended except with a command economy, & we know what that is. Not to mention his support for equal outcome & other Socialist/Marxist rhetoric.
Yeah he also seems to be waging a war on traditional cheap forms of energy to make his "Green Dream" economically viable. Supposed to be some huge energy price increases under the Cap-N-Trade provisions he had the beaurocracy impose through regulations after it failed to pass Congress.

You see there? See what happened? Now if we can get a large portion American's to do this, who knows how quickly we could adjust course to a future where our childeren have fufilling lives after we are gone.

Americans agreeing on anything is a dangerous thing, that's why it's often imperative that we stay as conflicted and disunified as possible for certain organizations.

I am willing as a person to make comprimise for a little gain, there is no polical idealogy that fit's everyone's needs. However I would be willing to make a sacrifice for something vialble and useful to our future generations.

Sadly I don't see this trait in either canidate this election.

agreed. --- the house of cards that has been built, both here and abroad, is about to collapse....... NO ONE can afford to kick the can down the road any longer... recession is not the word - rather a depression.... and probably what this nation needs.... kids dropping out of school and then expect a $40K job, not willing to do entry level work.... our generational welfare types who will not get off the sofa and continue to demand more......... noper, a really good kick in the nuts is what we need.............. and it is coming.

Some kids have not much say in the matter. During my time as a criminal justice student I'd visited a few correctional facilites and even homeless shelters.

There are childeren who are born due to the wrecklessness of their parents, who have no real influences that are positive in life, nor any real prospects.

People, it's sad but mathematically sound. Not every child can grow up to achieve the "dream". If you are born to two impoverished undeducated parents, who split and jostle you around for the first 18 years of life. You won't have the time nor influences to put down roots for a better future. Few ever make to college, let alone graduation. Such is the inner city stories I have found.

What bothers me is when people cluck their tounges and don't look at other sides to this issue as well, foriegn populaces are suppasing us in education. They are suppassing us in the size of their newly budding middle classes. So it's only natural that they will pass us as the top consumers and producers in this world.

There is not much your kids today can do about that, by the time they achieve adulthood today's problems will be cemented into the future.

The best we can do now is cease overly categorizing and blaming social groups and begin to rethink how we teach our kids the ways of the world.

Instead of preparing them with promises they may never have hope of seeing, we need to prepare them for a world with less materialistic things and more viable approaches about living happy lives.

If we don't I'd be incredilbley worried that the U.S. may move a number or two back from 1st World.

I have a gut feeling that in 2050 they will be looking back to this era now, and referring to it as the "Sins of our Fathers".

Fluff no substance ...

Romney's acceptance speech was 99.99% fluff with absolutely no substance.

He shot out one liners for just about every single group where he is dragging the rear-end of the race. As far as I was concerned, Clint Eastwood made more sense with his rambling than Romney did.

I didnt watch it either. Just seen pacino selling coffee on the tv and now eastwood promoting this.

Hehe I didn't watch it either but then I am still feeling nauseous due to watching the "isn't America great" speeches from the mars landing since then every time I see an American flag I change channels to avoid all the self-grandiosing that goes along with it.

I didn't watch it either.

before the elections the politicians promise everything to get votes. After the elections they forgot what they've said. Obama was not better than the rest. Maybe Romney can change it. (he has the benefit of the doubt).

I feel this should make a come back, it seems applicable...

George...I will not comment on McCain/Palin, nor do I very much care for Obama/Biden. However, the fear in my heart for our nation if Romney/Ryan get in the White House is unbearable. The fear I have for my own body and the body of my fellow women is unbearable.

Maybe you don't give a **** because you are a man and you don't have to worry about the government probing your ***** or making you bear the fruit of another's man's rape, but it is a very real and tangible fear that should be in every woman's heart here in the USA if Romney/Ryan get the presidency.

------NOT TO MENTION ROMNEY IS THE BIGGEST FLIP-FLOPPER IN THE HISTORY OF EVERNESS, NOT SOMEONE TO TRUST WITH THE PEOPLE OF THE USA-----

left wing nut job.

left wing nut job.

While you attack Lady "Left" Representing , radical "right".

The real ring leaders knick everything you've got.

Your looking to place blame in all the wrong places.

No wonder it's so easy to steal from the middle class in this country.
