Obama says 'systemic failure' allowed airline plot (AP)

AP - President Barack Obama said Tuesday "a systemic failure" allowed the attempted Christmas Day attack on a Detroit-bound flight from Amsterdam. He called it "totally unacceptable." The president said he wants preliminary results by Thursday from two investigations he has ordered to examine the many lapses that occurred.

Does that make it a good failure or a bad failure?

Wow great job...
Meanwhile I know quite a few folks who pose absolutely no threat that get turned around at worst and special screened at best. And I don't mean out of 100 guys I know who travel to the US as non citizens 2 get turned around or special screened. The ratio is roughly 2:1.
Yeah I'd say it's a failure.
