Yesterday a 22 years old Norwegian soldier was killed by a powerfull roadside-bomb near the Ghowrmach area in Afghanistan.

The killed soldier was the driver of a VC9030 IFV so the bomb had to be quite large and more advanced then previous bombs that has been discovered in that area.

You'll need quite a powerfull roadside-bomb to take out a vehicle like that.
The "normal" bombs found in that area are usually smaller so this looks like a change in tactics from Taliban now.
