The captain of the Spanish trawler refused orders to follow the "Nordkapp" to Tromsoe, and is now under tow.
- The arrest was made after the Norwegian fisheries inspectors had found large amounts of illegally caught Greeland halibut hidden abord the vessel. It was also observed that the trawler pumped fish overboard, says Commander Steve Olsen of Coast Region North.
