I would rather expect a head of state to perform his duties to the best of his abbility regardless of clouds..

I however like the norwegian primeminister for other reasons.
He is a stand up guy that I have had the priviledge to meet, and stand up guys are rare in world politics IMHO.
Good on Norway.
