Reuters - The top nuclear envoys of South and North Korea met Friday on the sidelines of an Asian meeting in Bali, Yonhap news agency said, in the first such contact in more 2- years. The meeting comes in the wake of efforts to resume six-way disarmament talks aimed at ending Pyongyang's nuclear ambitions.
