SEOUL (Reuters) - North and South Korea ended talks on Saturday without coming to any joint agreement, South Korean media reported. Hwang Boogi, South Korea's chief delegate, was quoted by the Yonhap News agency as saying the two Koreas had not scheduled any further meetings. The South's Unification Ministry, which handles inter-Korean affairs, was not immediately available for comment. ...
