Reuters - North Korea sounded a bellicose note in its first communication with the outside world since the death of leader Kim Jong-il, saying its confrontational stance against South Korea would not change and labeling its opponents "foolish."

As expected, wonder what it takes for them to realize that the rest of the world is getting tired of their childish rethorics, and may very well decide to let them starve next time they open their mouths like that..
 
Let them starve. Who knows, if they get hungry enough, it might start a real "people's revolution" and Kimmy might finish up in a sewer or rat hole like Gaddafi Duck or Saddam Insane.
 
Unfortunately yes, the people of Seoul cares a lot, understandably since they are the target of the N-K artillery park just accross the DMZ...
