North Korean leader Kim Jong-un signed off on the order at a midnight meeting of top generals and "judged the time has come to settle accounts with the U.S. imperialists in view of the prevailing situation", official KCNA news agency said. ...

Isn't it amusing North Korea the greatest collection of whack jobs on the planet and we pander to their every threat managed to become a nuclear nation with not a word said, Iran has caused no one any problems outside embarrassing the US 30 years ago and giving Israel wet pants gets sanctions out the butt for declaring it wants nuclear power.
