Well yeah intercontinenatl range missiles they do have, capable of hitting Cali or Vancouver. but that they really have a nuclear weapon to put on them, it's likely to be another bluff. Hopefully.

Just having a Nuclear Device Dosen't mean you are a Efficient NUclear Bomb

India Exploded it's first Nuclear Device in May 1974 but are still working on it .....Big deal if you have a Exploding Nuclear device or you think that the Device would Explode .. you need much more than that :roll:

You still need a efficient Delivery and control mechanism which they lack right now .
