NORFOLK--A team of employees of the Norfolk district Army Corps of Engineers which recently deployed to Mississippi is moving to Texas to help with preparations for Hurricane Ike.
The team is made up of volunteer members of the district's 10-person commodities team, which helps FEMA with buying, distributing and transporting food and water in times of emergency.
