Funny, I've noticed that al-Qaida is a very Top Heavy organisation, as it seems the United States Military has killed its fair share of "Number 2" al-Qaida Leaders here and there, so many that one would think if they truly be Philippines al-Qaida they would have at least a "Number 3" waiting in the wings someplace, al-Qaida Leader is after all a job with great risk attached, and a short life expectancy.
