The Federal Court system is in chaos the district Court rules the appeals Court rules the Circuit Court rules the Supreme Court rules , the problem being is the rulings are not clear and precise , ie , gay marriage , ACA to name a few , Justice Ginsberg doesn't even like the U.S. constitution .
