BEIJING – China said yesterday it will allow the San Diego-based aircraft carrier Nimitz to visit Hong Kong this month.
The carrier Kitty Hawk was denied approval to make a port call over Thanksgiving, sparking a diplomatic tiff and leaving the ship to spend the holiday at sea.
