New Shotgun
Well, I cant let 5.56 be the only one on the forums that likes to scratch "the itch". I got a new shotgun tonight to use for trap. Its a Browning Lightning from 1970. It was made in Belgium, and cost $600 dollars in 1970 ( about $3000 today). I bought it through another guy who shoots trap where I do, who was selling it for a 73 year old man who doesn't shoot anymore, and wanted to see it in a younger persons possession. It cost me $800, which is pretty nice, as there are only one or two very tiny dings on the stock, and it came with a fitted leather case, which by itself goes for about 150 bucks. i'm happy with her, and I hope we have a nice time together.

my dad and i got out my grandfathers old 16 gauge shotgun acouple weeks ago. its an old 1930s gun that hasnt been touched for many many years. we cleaned it all up, sanded down the stock and varnished it. now the gun looks very nice. we took it to the range on saturday and had fun with it.
