Joe is my handle. I speak Canadian as you will see, did 25 years in the Canadian Army millitary Intelligence. Now I teach Imagery Ananlysis on the commercial side of the house. I was browsing the web when i came uopn this site and was blown away. I am working a project on the Chinese PLA.

I look forward to mking some new friends and shring some stories LOL.
