Which bit is confusing you?.

RNZAC = Royal New Zealand Armoured Corps

NZLAV = New Zealand Light Armoured Vehicle.

aussies great 2 cav = The Australian 2nd Cavalry Regiment

aslavs = Australian Light Armoured Vehicle

EX predators galop 04 = Exercise Predators Galop 2004.

I think that should surfice as a translation, hope I got it right.

Quick question, I thought they usually assigned and "ANZAC" name to joint NZ/AUS exercises?.

ahh nice question yes we do normally have some reference to ANZAC however this ex is a oz one that we tag on to to trial our new vehicles in a new enviroment tho because we we were attached to 5th/7th mech inf Bn royal aust regt with support from 1 armoured regt (royal aust armoured corp) we because battle group ANZAC instead to signify the unity
